Almond Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients (Serves 1)
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for added protein)
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Preparation Instructions:

Combine dry ingredients

In a mason jar or airtight container, add:
Rolled oats
Chia seeds
Cinnamon

Add wet ingredients
Pour in:
Almond milk
Greek yogurt (if using)
Honey or maple syrup
Stir thoroughly until well combined.
Top it off
Gently stir in blueberries.
Add almond butter either now or in the morning for a creamier texture.
Refrigerate
Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6 hours).

Serve
In the morning, give it a good stir.
Eat cold or warm it up for 30–60 seconds in the microwave.
Add extra blueberries, almond butter, or a sprinkle of granola if desired.
